Individual therapy provides a structured space to understand the patterns that continue to show up in your life.

Our work may focus on anxiety, attachment patterns,trauma responses, relationship dynamics, or self-criticism. Using a parts-based framework, we identify the protective strategies that once helped you survive - and gently help those parts update to present circumstances.

Sessions are collaborative, depth-oriented, and paced in a way your nervous system can tolerate.
Couples Therapy
In couples work, we focus on the cycle between you - not the content of the conflict. Often, both partners are reacting from protective parts shaped by past experiences.

Together, we slow the pattern down, increase accountability, and built emotional safety. The goal is not to determine who is right, but to understand how each person's nervous system responds under stress - and to create new ways of relating.
