Insurance

I am an in-network provider with select Oregon insurance plans.

I currently accept:

Oregon Health Plan (OHP Open Card / Fee-for-Service Medicaid)
Aetna
Moda Health
First Choice Health | FCH
Regence BCBS

*Important Note:

If you have OHP through a Coordinated Care Organization (CCO), please verify whether you have Open Card (fee-for-service) coverage before scheduling.

I am not in-network with all OHP CCO plans.

Self-Pay Fees

Individual Therapy (53 minutes): $250

Couples Therapy (53 minutes): $300

Payment is due at the time of service.

*Under the No Surprises Act, clients who are not using insurance have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges. You may request this at any time.

Cancellation Policy

For self-pay and commercial insurance clients, sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments, are subject to a 50% session fee. Insurance does not cover late cancellation fees.

For Oregon Health Plan (OHP / Medicaid) clients, missed appointments may not be billed; however, repeated no-shows may result in reassessment of scheduling or treatment continuation.
