About Sarah Marmon, MS, LPC

My work is grounded in parts-based therapy and trauma-informed care. I view symptoms not as flaws, but as adaptive strategies developed at some point in your life for a reason.
Together, we slow down enough to understand what is driving your reactions, your fears, and your relationship patterns. From there, we build internal clarity, emotional regulation, and lasting change.
This work is structured, collaborative, and depth-oriented. I will gently challenge you when needed - and I will also move at a pace your nervous system can tolerate.
Who I Work With
Many of the clients I work with are thoughtful, capable individuals who find themselves repeating patterns they cannot seem to shift (in relationships, anxiety, self-criticism, or trauma responses).
If you have insight but still feel stuck, therapy with me focuses on helping you understand the parts of you that learned how to survive, and gently helping those parts update.
